Karan Parekh

Karan Parekh is currently the Director of Transaction Tax at EY, where they have also served as a Senior Manager. Previously, Karan worked at KPMG India from 2014 to 2016, holding roles from Assistant Manager to Manager, focusing on M&A and Corporate Tax. Earlier in their career, Karan was an Executive at V.C.Shah & Co. from 2011 to 2014, specializing in Direct Tax. Karan is pursuing a Chartered Accountancy degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is studying at HVB Academy.
