Karl Meekings

Karl Meekings has extensive experience in research and insights within the financial services sector, currently serving as Director and Global Sector Insights Leader at EY from January 2016 to January 2025. In this role, Karl leads the Insights team across 18 sectors, focusing on the global financial services and banking business. Prior to EY, Karl worked at Accenture from January 2006 to December 2012 as Banking & Capital Markets Research Manager and Management Consultant, managing research projects and providing strategic support. Earlier experience includes a role in the Private Secretary's Office at The Royal Household, where Karl focused on policy research and planning. Karl holds both an MA and BA in History from Swansea University, achieving a distinction in the master's program.
