Katie Mills

Katie Mills is currently the Head of Contingent Workforce at EY, where they lead a team in managing contingent talent and recruitment processes. With eight years of recruitment experience, Katie has developed expertise in the full recruitment cycle across various sectors, including corporate finance, IT, and legal. Their past roles include senior positions at Deloitte and Credit Suisse, where they led significant process improvements and recruitment strategies. Katie also holds a BSc (Hons) in Sport Science from the University of Leeds.
