Katya Oliver is currently the Associate Director of Real Estate Advisory and Project Management at EY, a position held since 2024. Previously, Katya worked at EY as a Manager in Real Estate Advisory from 2020 to 2022 and as a Senior Consultant in the same field. Katya's experience also includes serving as an ADM in Acquisitions at Frasers Property Australia from 2022 to 2024 and as a Certified Practicing Valuer at Charter Keck Cramer from 2017 to 2019. Katya holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Property and Valuation) with Honours from RMIT University, completed an exchange program at IÉSEG School of Management, and participated in the 500 Women in Property initiative through the Property Council of Australia in 2019.
