Kaustuv Halder

Kaustuv Halder is a Business Architect and thought leader with a proven track record in designing high-performing adaptive organizations. With an MBA from York University and extensive certifications including TOGAF and ITIL, Kaustuv has held key roles at various organizations, including AGLC and Premera Blue Cross, before assuming the position of Assistant Director in Business Architecture at EY. Prior to their current role, Kaustuv also served as a Senior Management Consultant at Performance Analytics Corporation and collaborated with clients at Tata Consultancy Services and De Beers throughout their career.
