Kazuhiro Sakemi is a Senior Manager at EY Consulting, specializing in government and infrastructure advisory with a focus on sports and community projects. Previously, Kazuhiro served as a consultant at Japan Research Institute, where they provided extensive advisory services for public-private partnerships and various infrastructure projects. Kazuhiro began their career as an architect at Shimizu Corporation, one of Japan's largest general contractors, and has continued to engage in significant public sector reforms and consulting initiatives since joining EY in 2016. They hold a Master of Engineering degree from Kobe University and are a qualified First-Class Architect in Japan.
