Keri Elborn

Keri Elborn is a strategic M&A Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience in global financial services. Currently serving as a Partner at EY, Keri leads Financial Services M&A Advisory and holds a governor position at Dulwich College. Keri's previous roles include Senior Director at Alvarez & Marsal and Head of M&A at RSA, showcasing extensive expertise across sectors, particularly in financial due diligence and capital raising. Keri has also contributed to various boards, including as Interim Vice Chair of The Fairtrade Foundation, while mentoring and supporting initiatives in the financial sector. Keri earned a BA (Hons) in Economics from the University of Leicester.
