Prior experience includes serving as Tax Counsel and Sr. Director of Transfer Pricing Controversy at Eaton from January 2016 to November 2018, as well as an Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates from June 2014 to December 2015, and Bingham McCutchen from August 2009 to June 2014. Kiara began the legal career as an Associate at McKee Nelson LLP from September 2007 to August 2009. Kiara earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Bryn Mawr College.
