Principal

Kim Turner is an experienced professional in organization change and human resources, currently serving as a Principal at EY since July 2014, where responsibilities include serving clients in the People & Organization Change practice. Prior to EY, Kim founded TurnPoint Consulting, providing strategic consulting in organization diagnosis, culture, and employee engagement from 2010 to 2014. Kim's extensive HR background includes roles as HR Director at Johnson & Johnson, and various positions at Eli Lilly and Company, including HR Account Leader and Senior Consultant. Early career experience includes management consulting at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and research at UCLA Anderson Graduate School. Kim holds a PhD in Organization Behavior and Human Resource Management from UCLA, alongside a BA in Psychology and English from the University of Chicago.
