Kousheyee Ghosh

Kousheyee Ghosh has over 20 years of experience in consulting and shared services operations, having held significant roles at prominent organizations including Ernst & Young, PwC, and AF Fergusons. Currently, Kousheyee serves as a Partner and Leader of Business Transformation at EY Global Delivery, where responsibilities include managing large-scale transformation programs across various sectors. Kousheyee has extensive experience in program management, organizational design, and change management, and has worked with various government ministries and donor agencies across multiple countries. Kousheyee holds a Master of Arts in Regional Development from Jawaharlal Nehru University and a postgraduate diploma in Urban and Regional Planning from CEPT, Ahmedabad, as well as a recent completion of the COO Programme from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.
