Kristi Anne Gedid

Kristi Anne Gedid is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in global legal operations and management. Currently serving as Managing Director and Global Life Sciences and Central Region Law Leader at EY since June 2021, Kristi also held positions as Managing Director at EY Law. Prior roles include Head of Global Legal Operations at Viatris and Senior Director of Global Legal Operations at Mylan, where Kristi advanced through multiple leadership roles, including Director of Global Legal Contract Manager. Academic contributions were made as an Adjunct Professor at Duquesne University School of Law from 2011 to July 2022. Kristi's educational background includes an Executive Women’s Leadership Program from Harvard Law School, a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, an MBA from Duquesne University, and a Paralegal Certificate from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University.
