Lenny Vadala

Lenny Vadala is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in HR and payroll operations across various organizations. Currently serving as Partner and Asia-Pacific Payroll Operate Solution Leader at EY since June 2019, Lenny has held previous positions including Associate Partner and Director. Prior to EY, Lenny was Director of Presales at Kronos Incorporated and Head of Solution Advisory and Architecture at Ascender HCM, where responsibilities included managing presales functions and leading solution architecture teams. Lenny's career began at NGA Human Resources as Presales Manager for Australia and New Zealand, and Lenny has also held roles at Lion Co, NorthgateArinso, Asciano Limited, Nutricia, Bilfinger Berger Services, and Simplus Solutions Pty Ltd. Lenny holds a Bachelor of Information Technology in Information Systems from Macquarie University.
