Lisa Kokoreva

Lisa Kokoreva is a Partner in the Transaction Support group at Ernst & Young, where they have over 17 years of experience in Transaction Advisory Services. After graduating from Moscow State University and the Finance Academy of Russia, they qualified as a Certified Public Accountant in 2005. Lisa has conducted extensive due diligence analyses across various industries within the Commonwealth of Independent States, supporting multinational and local clients. They have developed expertise in all stages of the transaction process, including financial due diligence, negotiation assistance, and post-closing integration. Prior to Ernst & Young, Lisa worked at PwC as an Accountant.
