Madison Coombes

Madison Coombes is a Senior Manager at EY, specializing in People Consulting with expertise in digital and technology transformation, change management, and HR transformation. Madison has extensive experience working with various Federal Government Agencies in Australia, where they managed large-scale transformations and developed change management models. Prior to that, Madison served as a Marketing Student Ambassador for Student Services Australia and completed an internship with the U.S. House of Representatives. Madison holds a Master of Strategic People Management from UNSW Canberra and dual bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Contemporary European Studies, as well as International Business, from The Australian National University.
