Marcel Babczynski is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in infrastructure finance, public-private partnerships, and public sector finance. Currently serving as a Director at EY since December 2023, Marcel focuses on driving sustainable infrastructure development and fostering strategic partnerships between public and private sectors. Previously, as Head of Business Development at Národní rozvojová banka, Marcel contributed to Brazil's sustainable economic development through financial support to corporates and the public sector. A former Freelance Advisor, Marcel specialized in project finance and the digital economy. Marcel's career also includes significant roles at Erste Group, KPMG Advisory, Arthur D.
