Marcus Weare

Marcus Weare is currently a Director and Controls Transformation Lead at EY, specializing in operational risk management and controls transformation within the financial services sector. They previously served as an Internal Audit Department Manager at Horwath Clark Whitehill and held various roles at KPMG, including External Auditor. Marcus has extensive experience in risk management, having worked as a Group Risk and Compliance Manager at IAG and as a Senior Manager at EY. They also contributed to the ICAEW as Chair and Treasurer of the Sydney City Group. Marcus is pursuing a BA Hons at The University of Manchester, an MA at the University of Leeds, and is completing their Chartered Accountancy with ICAEW.
