Mariana Pelzer

Mariana Pelzer has a diverse background in administrative support and talent management, beginning with a role as a Secretary at Trust Bank Ltd from January 1985 to December 1987, which included secretarial duties in the Foreign Department. Mariana then served as a Personal Assistant/Administrator in the Human Resources department at Old Mutual from January 1988 to October 1999, before transitioning to the Employee Benefits ISST department. Since November 1999, Mariana has been with EY, currently holding the position of Manager for EMEIA Mobility in Africa, where responsibilities include project management and coordination of mobility assignments. Mariana also has served as the Regional Lead – Africa Assistant Director for Global Mobility. Educational qualifications include a Secretarial Diploma from Wits Technikon and a Grade 12 certificate from Hoerskool President.
