Marta Donati is currently the Office of the CEO Leader for Italy at EY, a position they took on after serving as Executive Assistant to the CEO and working closely with the Leadership Team since joining in September 2014. Previously, Marta held roles as an editor and translator, and worked independently as a freelance translator for various clients. They earned a BA in Translation and Interpreting Studies from Scuole Civiche Milano and an MA in Literary Translation from Université Marc Bloch. Additionally, Marta is a professional ballet dancer, continuing their education at the Scuola di Ballo Teatro alla Scala.
