Matteo Cislaghi

Matteo Cislaghi is a Partner in Strategy & Transaction at EY, having advanced through various roles within the organization since 2019. Prior to this, Matteo completed an internship at DGM Consulting Srl, where they analyzed the profitability and liquidity of companies in the retail market. Matteo holds a degree in Economics and Finance, as well as a degree in Administration, Corporate Finance and Control, both from Università Commerciale 'Luigi Bocconi', and an Executive MBA from SDA Bocconi. Throughout their career, Matteo has specialized in merger and acquisition advisory, providing transaction support for both buy-side and sell-side clients.
