Mike Moloney

Mike Moloney is a Managing Director in EY's corporate development and strategic transactions group, where they lead various Americas acquisition, divestiture, and alliance initiatives. With a notable history of managing transactions totaling a $300M direct revenue impact and $1B in cross-sell revenue over a five-year period, they oversee all phases of the transaction process. Previously, Mike was the global Transaction Advisory Services knowledge leader and has served as Senior Manager and Director within EY's Transaction Advisory practice. They hold an MBA from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Arts from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
