Nadia Ochoa has extensive experience in project management, operations support, and customer service, having held various roles across multiple organizations. Nadia began a career as a Customer Service Representative at Teleperformance and later advanced to positions such as Provisioner and Team Lead at Firstsource, where responsibilities included designing telecommunications services and mentoring employees. At Avaya, Nadia served as a Project Manager Assistant and Operations Support Specialist, coordinating product implementations and supporting sales initiatives. At EY, Nadia took on the role of Scrum Master from 2018 through to the present while also contributing as a Scrum Master at BoostUp.ai. Currently, Nadia is teaching Agile Methodologies at Coderhouse. Educational qualifications include a degree in International Trade from Instituto de Capacitación Aduanera.
