Nadia Pearce

Nadia Pearce is the Head of Business Enablement at EY MENA, where they drive governance, strategic development, and operational excellence to accelerate performance across multi-regional growth initiatives. With over 20 years of experience in governance, strategy, and operational excellence, Nadia has led diverse international teams and has consistently delivered improvements to business performance and compliance. Nadia's previous roles include leadership positions at ANZ, where they oversaw governance and operational functions for various business units, and Goldman Sachs as an Investment Management Advisor. They hold multiple degrees, including an International Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor of Commerce from Deakin University.
