Nick Van Gils

Nick Van Gils is a partner in the Transaction Tax department at EY Belgium, specializing in M&A and serving as the Country Risk Management leader. They joined EY in 2001 after two years as a tax consultant at another Big 4 firm, and have held various positions within the company, including Senior Manager. Nick obtained a Licentiate degree in Economics from the University of Ghent and a postgraduate degree in Taxation from the Vlerick School of Management. Additionally, they serve as a lecturer at the Fiscale Hogeschool in Brussels and are active in publishing specialized articles and speaking at external seminars.
