Niclas Hahn

Niclas Hahn is a Partner in M&A Tax at EY, where they have worked since 2007, providing tax structuring and Due Diligence advice for major transactions in Germany, primarily for Private Equity clients. They currently serve as the Head of Tax at the EY Hannover office, assisting clients with tax implications related to digital business models. In addition, Niclas is a lecturer at Leibniz Universität Hannover, where they share their expertise in the tax master program. They completed their Diploma in Economy at Leibniz Universität Hannover and participated in a semester abroad at Maastricht University School of Business and Economics.
