Nicole O’Brien

Nicole Olsen M.S. has extensive experience across various roles in education, technology, and public service. Currently serving as an Associate Right of Way Agent at Caltrans since July 2018, Nicole collaborates with Central Valley communities to enhance commuting safety and economic reliability. Prior to this role, Nicole worked as a Right of Way Agent at Edgenuity Inc., providing technology consulting for California school districts, and held multiple counseling positions within high school and middle school settings across several school districts, including Hanford Joint Union High School District and Fresno Unified School District. Nicole's early career included sales and management roles in customer service and aquatic safety. Nicole holds a Master’s degree in Student Counseling and Personnel Services and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University, Fresno.
