Nikoline Stykkel Philipp

Nikoline Stykkel Philipp has extensive experience in recruitment and stakeholder management, currently serving as the Campus Recruitment Lead at EY since August 2020, where responsibilities include counseling and managing recruitment processes for graduates and students. Previously, Nikoline held the role of Graduate Recruiter at EY, overseeing end-to-end recruitment for various business areas in Denmark and enhancing interview practices.
