Ella Ngiam is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Campus Recruitment Lead and Talent Acquisition Specialist at DBS Bank since May 2020, Ella previously held key roles at OCBC Bank, including Executive Resourcing in Group HR, and at Hays as Section Manager specializing in Compliance & Operational Risk. Prior to these positions, Ella worked on end-to-end recruitment for Bank of America Merrill Lynch through Hays Talent Solutions and served as a Consultant at Recruit Legal.
