Orkhan Mehdiyev

Orkhan Mehdiyev, ACCA, is an Assurance Senior Manager at EY, where they have advanced through several positions including Assurance Senior and Assurance Manager since 2018. Prior to EY, they worked as an Audit Assistant at Deloitte Azerbaijan in 2011 and held roles as both a Risk Specialist and Junior Risk Specialist at the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2016. Orkhan earned their MSc in Accounting and Financial Management with Distinction from the University of Essex (2013-2014) and their BSc in Finance, also with Distinction, from Azerbaijan State Economic University (2008-2012). They additionally completed a BSc in Accounting and Valuation with Merit at Charles University in Prague in 2012.
