Justin Cone

Justin Cone is an experienced quality management professional with a strong background in food safety and quality assurance, currently serving as the Quality Manager at Continuum Packing Solutions, LLC since April 2024. Prior to this role, Justin held the position of Senior Quality Manager at Mary's Gone Crackers, Inc., where management of Quality and R&D departments focused on compliance with regulatory standards. Justin's expertise includes overseeing quality programs at Post Consumer Brands and TreeHouse Foods, implementing data-driven strategies to enhance safety and compliance, and managing raw materials logistics during earlier roles. Justin began a career in the food industry at Ralston Foods and has a foundational background in installation and project oversight with IC Refrigeration.
