Paul McConnon

Paul McConnon is an Agile Transformation Leader and Board Member for the Ireland Chapter of PMI, currently heading the Agile Community of Practice. They are a Director in Consulting, leading an Agile Delivery and Product Management team, and have previously held various roles, including Agile Consultant and Director of Professional Services at Critical Path. Paul holds an MBA from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, an M.Sc. in Innovation Management, a Postgraduate Diploma in Technology Management, and a B.Sc. in Applied Physics. An advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, they are also an enthusiastic whitewater kayaker.
