Terie Forrer

Terie Forrer has an extensive work experience in the field of services integration and transition. They have held various director-level roles at different companies, including Nordic Global, Capgemini, Unisys, and NTT DATA Services. Their responsibilities have included overseeing transition delivery, PMO direction, and IT transition/transformation delivery. Before that, they worked as a senior service delivery manager at Unisys and a senior IT services transition manager at Wipro. They also have experience as a senior program manager at Cognizant Technology Solutions and a senior services transition manager/director at Dell. Their career began as a process and quality improvement manager at Andersen Corporation, where they focused on ITIL process ownership and lean office/Six Sigma methodologies. They also worked as a senior service delivery manager at Allianz Life, handling systems and network operations, incident and problem management, and driving continuous process improvements.
