Peter Flanagan

Peter Flanagan is a Senior Architect at EY, specializing in the procurement and implementation of ICT Services. They have extensive experience in the specification, design, and maintenance of ICT environments in the Public Sector and have developed numerous business cases and target operating models. They hold a BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Queen's University Belfast and a Diploma in Financial Accounting from Ulster University.
