Pmp® Mustafa Özoğul

Mustafa Özoğul has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Mustafa started their career in 2010 as a Web Developer at Iceblue Web Yazılım ve Tasarım Hizmetleri. In 2012, they joined BES Teknoloji as a Business Development professional, managing technical affairs and functional testing of the company's software. Mustafa also worked as a pre-sales engineer, exploring new technologies and markets to increase sales capabilities.

In 2015, Mustafa joined OPTiiM as a Senior Software Testing Consultant, where they were involved in functional and technical testing processes for Huawei CCS in the Vodafone GENESIS e2e Transformation Project. Mustafa handled tasks such as creating test cases, matching them with requirement specifications, and reporting defects to the development team.

In 2017, Mustafa moved to Wipro Limited as a Senior Software Testing Consultant. Mustafa then joined Etiya in 2018, where they held multiple roles. Mustafa started as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer, working on a multinational integration project. Mustafa developed test plans and reported testing progress to the client. Later, they became a Team Lead responsible for software quality and solution development. Currently, they are serving as the Software Quality Assurance Manager at Etiya.

Throughout their career, Mustafa has demonstrated strong expertise in software testing and quality assurance. Mustafa has also shown leadership skills through their roles as a team lead and co-team lead, effectively assigning resources, monitoring progress, and communicating with various stakeholders.

Mustafa Özoğul obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Okan University, where they studied from 2008 to 2011. Mustafa later obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2021.
