Peter Zofrea

Peter Zofrea is a board member and self-employed professional with extensive experience in assurance and advisory services, primarily in the real estate sector. They served as a partner at Ernst & Young LLP from 1995 to 2011, specializing in auditing, SEC reporting, and financial analysis, and co-led the National Homebuilding practice. With a background as a manager at Kenneth Leventhal & Company from 1985 to 1998, Peter brings deep governance expertise from over two decades of participation in board meetings.
