Pi Wen Looi

Pi Wen Looi, PhD, is a Senior Manager specializing in Change Management and AI/Gen AI Adoption with over 20 years of experience leading large-scale transformations across diverse industries. They currently pursue a PhD in Applied Quantitative Psychology at Ohio University and have served as an adjunct professor at Northwestern University, teaching courses on research design and user research. Previously, Pi founded Novacrea, LLC, where they focused on unleashing employee creativity and facilitating organizational change, and worked in various roles at prominent organizations including EY, Hewitt Associates, and Cisco. Known for their collaborative and design-thinking approach, they have also contributed to numerous HR conferences and initiatives, such as judging the first employee hackathon in San Francisco.
