Praveen Gera

Praveen Gera is an experienced professional with a strong background in financial services and risk management. Praveen served at EY from October 2013 to July 2023 as the CCaSS EMEIA and Financial Services Sector Leader - GDS Assurance and held the position of Executive Director and Manager. Prior to that, Praveen was with BlackRock from March 2016 to October 2021 as a Senior Vice President, focusing on projects related to stress testing frameworks and operational risk. From August 2011 to October 2013, Praveen worked as a Senior Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, specializing in Financial Risk Management. Praveen began a career in consulting as a Business Analyst and Hedge Funds Consultant at Indus Valley Partners from May 2010 to August 2011, implementing middle office systems for hedge funds. Educational qualifications include a PGDM in Finance and Strategy from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Delhi College of Engineering.
