Rajiv Memani

As Chair of the EY Global Emerging Markets Committee, Rajiv connects emerging markets with developed markets and each other so that emerging markets’ voices are considered in key decisions.

He is also the Chairman and Regional Managing Partner for EY India. He has advised clients across sectors and worked closely with several of the largest conglomerates in India. Prior to his current role, he established EY India’s market-leading Transaction Advisory Services. Previously, he worked in EY India Tax and Assurance Services in Singapore. More recently, he was appointed by the Ministry of Finance as part of a taskforce to draft a new Direct Tax Law.

Rajiv is a member of the National Council of the Confederation of Indian Industry, in addition to being the Chairman of its National Committee on Tax. He is also a board member for IIM Sirmaur, one of India’s premier management schools. He received a bachelor's degree in Commerce from the Shri Ram College of Commerce.
