Rasmus Berntsen

Rasmus Berntsen is a Partner at EY, where they serve as the Head of Wealth and Asset Management (Assurance), focusing on providing value-added audit and consultancy services within the financial services industry. Rasmus has extensive experience delivering audit and non-audit services to a diverse clientele, including UCITS, AIFs, asset managers, and private equity funds. Previously, Rasmus held various positions at KPMG Denmark and Ernst & Young, culminating in a role as Executive Director at EY Denmark before rising to Partner. Rasmus is a State Authorised Public Accountant, having earned their degree from SR-Akademiet, and holds a Master in Business Economics and Auditing from Copenhagen Business School.
