Razvan Ungureanu

Razvan Ungureanu is a Tax Partner at EY, having progressed through various roles within the firm since 2011, including Tax Director and International Tax Director. Prior to joining EY, Razvan worked as a Financial Analyst at ARCTIC SA and held multiple positions at Ernst & Young starting in 2008. Razvan holds a Master's degree in Corporate Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Academia de Studii Economice din București. Additionally, Razvan is a member of the Romanian Chamber of Tax Consultants and The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
