Riaan Hefer

Riaan Hefer is currently the IT Service Delivery Associate Director at EY, bringing over 30 years of experience in the IT service delivery field across diverse sectors, including Banking, Travel, and Mining. Previously, Riaan held various roles such as Senior Manager of Information Technology at the South African Bank of Athens and Internal IT Manager at EOH Managed Services Public Sector. Riaan has expertise in IT infrastructure, service delivery, and business process improvement and holds certifications in Certified Ethical Hacking and Certified Information Systems Security Professional. Riaan completed their matriculation at HTS Jan De Klerk in 1991.
