Richard Bowman

Richard Bowman is a Real Estate Partner at EY, where they lead due diligence, transactions, and valuations across various asset types, including commercial and retail properties. With over 20 years of experience in the field, Richard specializes in financial due diligence, portfolio strategy, and valuation advisory. Prior to joining EY in 2006, Richard served as a Director of Valuations and Advisory at Savills from 2002 to 2006. Richard holds a Bachelor's degree in Property from RMIT University and completed studies in Business and Property at Haileybury College. Additionally, Richard is a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute.
