Ross Burgess is currently the Talent Development Senior Manager at EY, where they are responsible for designing and developing tax tuition courses for ATT and CTA exams. Previously, Ross held the position of Head of Tax Programmes at BPP from 2001 to 2015, overseeing the design and delivery of tax courses and interpreting Finance Act changes.
