Russell Laver

Russell Laver is a Partner at EY, specializing in risk management, pensions, and investments, where they are responsible for raising the firm's profile and increasing service distribution. Prior to joining EY in 2022, they served as the Regional Market Leader for Scotland at Mercer from 2020 to 2022 and held various roles at Aegon and JLT Employee Benefits, including Scheme Actuary and Principal Consultant. Russell began their career as an Actuarial Trainee while earning a BSc in Actuarial Science from Heriot-Watt University, graduating in 2005.
