Samantha Head

Samantha Head, SHRM-SCP, is an Ethics & Compliance Investigator at EY, where they have worked since 2023. Previously, they served as Talent Consultant at EY from 2014 to 2023 and held various HR roles, including HR Manager at Bingham McCutchen and HR Generalist at Public Consulting Group. Samantha began their career as a Human Resources Assistant/Recruiter at the Judge Rotenberg Center and later worked for the Archdiocese of Boston, PwC, and other organizations, developing a strong background in talent acquisition and employee relations. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 1998.
