Sandie Keng

Sandie Keng is an experienced professional in talent attraction and acquisition, currently serving as the Nordic Head of Talent Attraction and Acquisition at EY Denmark since June 2018, while also co-leading the Europe Central Region. Sandie manages a team of recruiters and coordinators, and oversees the Nordic Sourcing Hub. Prior to this role, Sandie held various leadership positions including Regional Director at Gough Recruitment, where the first international office in Singapore was established, and Practice Development Manager at White & Case, responsible for the Energy and Infrastructure practice in Asia. Sandie's earlier experience includes a role at Baker & McKenzie focusing on business development and marketing initiatives in Asia Pacific, as well as serving as a tour leader for Danish groups in China. Sandie holds two Master's degrees in International Business Studies from Copenhagen Business School, completed in 2007.
