Saurabh Maru

Saurabh Maru is a results-oriented executive with over 15 years of experience in Strategic Finance, Corporate Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Valuation consulting. Currently serving as a Managing Director at EY, Saurabh supports senior executives in optimizing shareholder value and leads capital allocation and corporate finance solutions. Previously, Saurabh worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at EY from 2006 to 2009, focusing on business valuation and financial reporting. Saurabh is also a candidate for CFA Level III and holds an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Drexel University, along with a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
