Sean Watts

Sean Watts is a Principal in People Advisory Services at Ernst & Young, where they lead the Global Compensation Services group, specializing in the implementation and operations of global payroll reporting systems. With extensive experience in the field, Sean previously held roles at Perot Systems as an Expatriate Manager and at Cendant Mobility as a Relocation Accounting Manager. Their career began at Arthur Andersen, where they served as a Manager before joining Ernst & Young in 2002. Sean is currently pursuing a degree at The University of Texas at Dallas.
