With over 20 years of experience, Sharon has held senior roles at companies like BT, IBM, and GSK, focusing on employee engagement and leadership development. They advocate for creating sustainable workplaces where diverse teams thrive and contribute to societal betterment. Sharon holds a PhD in Environmental Modelling from the University of Reading and a BSc in Environmental Science from Lancaster University.
