Shelagh Best

Shelagh Best is the Deputy Talent Leader at EY Canada, where they have also held the position of Director in Talent Strategy & Operations. With extensive experience in human resources, they previously served as Director of Human Resources at Scotiabank and as Director of the Advisory People Team at EY. Earlier in their career, they were the Director of Talent Management at Nortel Networks. Currently, Shelagh is pursuing a Master's degree in Industrial Relations at the University of Toronto and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at The University of Western Ontario.
