Shubha Gaur

Shubha Gaur is a seasoned professional in debt advisory, private credit, and special situations, currently serving as Vice President at EY. Previously, Shubha held various roles at EY, including Associate Vice President and Manager, where they focused on transaction structuring and advising distressed businesses. Before joining EY, Shubha was a Senior Manager in Treasury at Indiabulls, managing relationships with banks and investors and handling complex capital market transactions. Shubha began their career as a Credit Risk Analyst at Indiabulls, specializing in credit underwriting and assessment. They are currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
